WHAT IT IS This high-pigment pencil is creamy enough to be blended out as a highlight, or used to draw precise graphic lines anywhere on the face. It glides on with a creamy finish. Designed for application wherever highlight is desired, the inner corners of eyes, along the lash line, brow bone, cupid’s bow, or elsewhere. 0.04 oz. Made in Italy.
