WHO IT'S FOR Sensitive Skin HOW TO USE IT Apply mascara as the last step in an eye makeup routine. Dip the wand into the container, wipe excess mascara on the rim, and apply it in upward strokes to the underside of the lashes. Apply several layers to the top lashes to build color and a single layer to the bottom lashes. Remove mascara with Ginkgo Micellar Water (sold separately).
