What it does: It features a Smart Porosity Neutralizing Complex, which helps equalize porosity for instant uniform toning that helps reduce brassiness. Curls are left vibrant, nourished, bouncy and shiny. It features a sweet, enticing fragrance. How to use: Use DevaCurl's scrub in/scrub out method. Apply to your scalp and scrub in with your fingertips. For maximum toning, leave in for 2-3 minutes. Scrub out while rinsing thoroughly. Follow with conditioner.
