Designed to be applied wet or dry, the noncaking formula absorbs oil and controls shine for up to 24 hours. The nondrying powder also includes an application sponge to make on-the-go use a breeze. How to use: Apply the formula dry with the included sponge or a foundation brush. Dry application is ideal for those with balanced, combination or oily skin types, or those using during travel. Press the sponge into the powder then sweep across your face, starting where you want the most coverage. Blend outward in long strokes. If you have dry skin, use a damp sponge or brush to get the creamiest application. When using wet, allow 30 seconds for the powder to dry down to its natural matte finish and shade before setting or applying additional makeup, as the shade may appear richer and more vibrant when wet.
