What it is: This nourishing all-in-one charcoal powder can be used as both a clay mask and dietary supplement to achieve clear, restored skin. What it does: As the mud slowly hardens, the natural silica, activated charcoal and raw minerals found in the mud gently draw out heavy metals, dirt and toxins that lie deep beneath each tissue layer. How to use: For External Use: Mix powder with equal parts apple cider vinegar or water. It is best to use a glass, pottery or wooden bowl.
